Eng. Maher Musbah Kanaan

Founder and President of the Arab Office for Engineering Consulting – Riyadh. He holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from South Dakota State University, USA (1967), and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Sciences from the American University of Beirut (1964). With over five decades of experience, he has led and managed major engineering projects across Saudi Arabia, including government headquarters, large hospitals, sports facilities, and military complexes. Since establishing the office in 1978, Eng. Maher has been guiding all technical and administrative aspects of the firm, providing his extensive expertise to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and commitment in developing infrastructure and engineering projects.

Eng. Sameh Musbah Kanaan

CEO and Projects Director at the Arab Office for Engineering Consulting – Riyadh. He holds a Bachelor’s degree (1969) and a Master’s degree (1970) in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University, and has completed his advanced studies in Engineering and Management at Iowa State University, USA. Eng. Sameh has extensive experience in the design and supervision of diverse engineering projects, ranging from residential complexes, medical and educational facilities, to industrial cities, water and power plants, and hospitality developments. Since joining the office in 1979, he has been responsible for overseeing technical and administrative aspects of projects in close coordination with government bodies and private clients. He is also an active member of several national and international engineering associations.
